On Sunday, 5th January 2025, along the Olimpia III course on Alpe Cermis our special event “Tour del Gusto” gives you the possibility to taste some delicious products and have a lot of fun.
Along the steep slope of the Final Climb you can find the posts of the 4 local associations: Ziano Insieme, Fiemme Hockey, Krampus Fiemme and U.S. Dolomitica. Each station of our Tour del Gusto, placed along the course, offers tastings of various local products from Val di Fiemme and Trentino: woodsman coffee, polenta, “ambleti” (crepes) and bread with sausage. In this cheerful setting of the Final Climb of the Tour de Ski, preceded by the promotional race Rampa con i Campioni, while athletes struggle uphill, fans can enjoy the irresistible pleasure of tasting typical dishes in an unusual location, right by the slope!
The spectacular Tour del Gusto offers Trentino gastronomic specialties and lots of folklore. For an entire Sunday, you can go up and down the Olimpia III slope on foot, with sleds, or with alpine or cross-country skis, while savoring the dishes from the Val di Fiemme associations.
