WAXING CABINS E CHANGING ROOMS

The Waxing Cabins are avaible from Thursay 2^nd January 2 p.m. For entering the athletes’ zone (Frade) every person must exhibit the local accreditation. 

You can get the keys of the cabins at the info point of the athletes’ area; to get the key you must pay a deposit of € 50,00 that will be given back when you leave.

A garbage drop-off point will be organised where the teams have to leave all their garbage every day.

WAXING TRUCKS

The teams must communicate to the OC their requests (parking size, power supply, etc.) for the waxing trucks. Please consider that also the drivers must show the local accreditation to enter the team area.

The trucks will be allowed to park inside the team area only starting from 2.00 pm of Thursday 2^nd January.

Who comes before that date, has to park the truck outside the stadium (in the parking area on right side immediately after the bridge)

SRS

Members of the companies (SRS) will have the opportunity to book their waxing cabins by 15^th October according to the following criteria (regardless of the duration):

• Category 1 SRS members have the right to order a waxing cabin (15m²) free of charge;
• Category 2 SRS members have the right to order half a waxing cabin (shared with another company) free of charge, or to order their own cabin for CHF 450;
• Category 3 SRS members have the right to order a waxing cabin (15m²) for CHF 900. If any company needs additional space, it will be possible to order an extra cabin (15m²) for CHF 900.

A financial penalty (CHF 900 per cabin) will be applied to the company which have ordered waxing cabin and don't shown up. SRS members coming with a waxing vehicle and requiring power supply will be charged CHF 100 per World Cup stage (regardless of duration).
