The races held in Val di Fiemme will not only determine the coveted world titles but also serve as the third and final stage of the 2024 FIS World Cup season. The best rollerski athletes in the world will compete along the streets of Ziano di Fiemme for four days of great sport.
Thursday, September 12th will see the Mass Start in free technique (10/15 km) kick off the world championship event; on Friday, September 13th, it will be the turn of the individual Sprint 200 m in free technique; Saturday, September 14th will continue with the Team Sprint in free technique, and finally, the fourth and final day on Sunday, September 15th will be marked by the unique and incomparable Mass Start "Cermis Final Climb" (13/15 km). Once again, the ramps of the Final Climb will host an unparalleled sporting spectacle, in a battle that will decide the fate of the world title and the World Cup.
Val di Fiemme continues to host successful major sporting events, with countless prestigious appointments organized by the local committee, including the Nordic Skiing and Rollerski World Championships, World Cups, and Winter Universiade. The cherry on top of this long and incredible career will come in 2026, when Val di Fiemme will host the Nordic Skiing disciplines of the Milano Cortina Winter Olympics and Paralympics, thus becoming one of the few locations to have hosted the Olympics, World Championships, and World Cup.
